Job Description
Support project procurement and administrative functions, including submittals, shop drawings, contracts, and project documentation. Utilize Procore and other construction technology platforms to manage project information and workflows. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of project deliverables. Assist with field operations as the project progresses from procurement into construction. Verify material deliveries and ensure equipment and materials are properly received on site. Maintain organized and up-to-date construction drawings, plans, and project records. Help monitor project progress and support scheduling and coordination efforts. Report directly to the Senior Superintendent and assist with day-to-day site management activities. Contribute to the successful execution of a $21M addition and renovation project in Lake Placid, NY.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 3+ years of construction experience in an Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or similar role.
- Experience managing submittals, shop drawings, contracts, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency with Procore.
- Strong technology skills and comfort working with project management software.
- Willingness to travel and live in Lake Placid, NY for approximately one year.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
