Job Description
Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations. Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules. Support quality control and jobsite safety initiatives. Help oversee renovation work at Augusta National before transitioning to a large-scale senior living development in Raleigh. Maintain project documentation and collaborate with project management teams.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- Experience in construction project supervision within the business services industry.
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work onsite in Raleigh as required.
