We're a leading General Contractor based in Austin, TX that has been in business for over 50 years building anything from corporate offices to healthcare facilities, high-end residential to retail centers.
Our team is growing and in need of hiring multiple Assistant Superintendents who are looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Compensation / Benefits:
Base Salary

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
1-4+ years of experience building similar construction project types while employed by a GC
Role / Responsibilities:
You will work directly under the supervision of a Lead Superintendent assisting with project coordination, schedule management, quality management, and safety management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Demonstrate an understanding of trade specific work.
Contact and direct subcontractors, suppliers, rental equipment companies, and other job specific vendors.
Understand subcontractor responsibilities and scope of work.
Forward thinking- must have the ability to recognize issues/conflicts in construction documents and in the field before they happen.
Prepare, adjust, and adhere to a 3-week look ahead.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety, which includes assisting with weekly safety meetings.
Foster relationships with subcontractors, vendor, and field personnel.
