Assistant Superintendent - Requirements:Minimum 3 years full-time maintenance experience.Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate team.Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and various appliances.Willingness to perform tasks required and to learn and grow.Confident, positive attitude, good communications skills, and an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
