Job Description
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure alignment with plans and budgets.
- Support quality control efforts to maintain the highest construction standards.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to resolve any onsite challenges or delays.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and project updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment for all site personnel.

- Prior experience in construction, particularly in the property industry.
