Assistant SuperintendentWe are currently hiring an Assistant Superintendent to help oversee ground-up building and construction projects. Ideal candidates will have a solid track record and understanding in all phases of construction-from foundation through completion-while coordinating subcontractors and working closely with architects. Strong leadership potential, along with proficiency in reading blueprints and project documentation, are essential.Responsibilities of The Assistant SuperintendentHelp oversee ground-up construction projects, including laying concrete foundations and building with wood or metal framing.Help manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Help coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and all relevant documentation.Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.Maintain communication with company management and provide regular progress updates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
