The Assistant Superintendent will support the successful execution of construction projects in the property industry, with a focus on life sciences, healthcare, public works, and education. Description
- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure construction projects progress as planned.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor job site safety to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
- Assist in resolving on-site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and client review.
- Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
- Support the Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Profile
