Job Details

We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on a large ground up industrial and cold storage project in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Superintendent with daily site operations and field coordination
  • Submit and track Requests for Information through construction management software
  • Prepare and process change orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with subcontractors regarding scheduling, sequencing, and field logistics
  • Provide site oversight and direction to subcontractors as needed
  • Support daily project execution to help maintain schedule, quality, and coordination
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Learn under experienced field leadership while contributing to day to day project success

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of construction processes from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Prior experience in construction coordination, field support, or an Assistant Superintendent role preferred
  • Comfortable working on site in an active construction environment
  • Proficient with laptops and construction management software for Requests for Information, change orders, and documentation
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Able to coordinate professionally with subcontractors by email and phone
  • Detail oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently while supporting senior field leadership
