Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionSupport the Superintendent in managing day-to-day on-site construction activities. Oversee subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Assist with site planning, logistics, and coordination of labor, materials, and equipment. Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA standards. Help manage project documentation, including daily reports, photos, delivery logs, and RFIs. Conduct regular site walks to track progress and identify potential issues early. Support quality control efforts to ensure work meets project plans and specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Assist with scheduling, inspections, and punch list closeout activities. Provide leadership on the jobsite by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.The Successful Applicant2-5+ years of field experience with a GC, subcontractor, or in a carpentry/field-engineering capacity. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and safety best practices. Ability to communicate clearly with subcontractors, clients, and project teams. Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Strong organizational skills for managing daily logs, documentation, and site coordination. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Team-first attitude with the humility to learn and the confidence to take initiative. Interest in long-term growth into a full Superintendent role. Reliability and professionalism, especially in representing the company on active job sites.
