Description
- Assisting the Senior team members in running/managing project focusing on back end of project
- Overseeing Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods
- Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project
- Enforcing a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience in commercial or multifamily projects preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and other documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on larger responsibilities
- Work with others as a team player
- Sufficiency in Procore is highly preferred with punch lists experience
