Will assist superintendent and project manager in project activities from start of project to the end. Working along with subcontractors and construction mangers on a daily basis.

Description

  • Assisting the Senior team members in running/managing project focusing on back end of project
  • Overseeing Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods
  • Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project
  • Enforcing a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Previous experience in commercial or multifamily projects preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and other documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on larger responsibilities
  • Work with others as a team player
  • Sufficiency in Procore is highly preferred with punch lists experience
