Assistant Superintendent
Nationally recognized real estate developer, general contractor, and property management firm - over 30 years of experience - is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join their team! The Assistant Super is responsible for:
- Assisting with maintaining the project schedule and controlling costs.
- Proactively identify and strategically solving problems with minimal executive oversight.
- Maintaining compliance with construction codes, and safety and government regulations.
- Helping oversee internal and external team members, including subcontractors.
- Organizing project records including subcontracts, change orders, permits and drawings.
- Building strong relationships with clients/owners, subcontractors and inspection authorities
- Ensuring all onsite operations are conducted safely, on-time, on-budget and to our quality standards

The right Assistant Super will have:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (or other related field)
- 3+ years of onsite construction experience in ground-up projects (ideally multifamily)
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems in the field.
The Assistant Super will receive:
- Competitive Base Salary: $95K - $130K (commensurate with experience)
- SIGN-ON BONUS = $7500
- 20 days PTO + Paid Holidays
