Description

As the Assistant Superintendent, you will support onsite field operations and report directly to the Lead Superintendent on active multifamily developments.

  • Assist with daily site operations on mid‑rise, ground‑up multifamily projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and trade sequencing
  • Support schedule updates using Microsoft Project or similar tools
  • Help enforce safety standards, quality control, and site compliance
  • Participate in subcontractor and project team meetings
  • Track punch list items and assist with commissioning and close‑out
  • Contribute to a collaborative, safety‑first jobsite culture

Profile

For the Assistant Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • Experience supporting field operations on multifamily or mixed‑use projects
  • Exposure to ground‑up construction preferred
  • Understanding of subcontractor coordination and jobsite logistics
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software
  • Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning

Job Offer

  • Base salary: $80,000-$105,000
  • Monthly truck allowance: $500
  • Phone stipend: $90 per month or company phone
