Assistant Superintendent
Qualifications:
- Valid School Administrator/Principal Certificate or eligibility
- Experience in teaching, curriculum development and school administration
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in the areas of personnel management, school administration and supervision of programs and staff
- Knowledge of applicable requirements and best practices in high school curriculum and instruction.
- Knowledge of applicable requirements and best practices in public school staff recruitment, employment, professional development, evaluation and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with parents and community groups
- Demonstrated leadership in school improvement program development and curriculum integration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
- Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 (2026-2027 School Year)
