Job Description
Support daily field operations and site supervision
Help maintain schedule performance and productivity goals
Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
Monitor jobsite safety and quality control programs
Assist with inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities
Track project progress and identify potential issues
Maintain construction documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with all project requirements

The Successful Applicant
3-7 years of field construction experience
Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and related software
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and project activities
What's on Offer
Salary: $105,000 - $140,000
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
No annual bonus structure or vehicle allowance
Work on large-scale ground-up residential developments
Strong compensation package with sign-on bonus
