Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Superintendent in managing day-to-day onsite operations for ground-up multifamily developments.
- Coordinating and overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
- Conducting daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress.
- Communicating effectively with Project Management, design teams, ownership, and subcontractors to resolve field issues as they arise.
- Maintaining and updating daily logs, reports, and site documentation using Procore or similar project management tools.
- Assisting with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes.
- Enforcing company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Supporting schedule development and updates in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager.

The successful Assistant Superintendent will have:
- 3-5 years of onsite construction experience in ground-up projects.
- Multifamily project experience heavily preferred
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems in the field.

- Competitive Base Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
