Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations on ground-up construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
Support project scheduling, including short-term lookahead planning and milestone tracking
Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company and OSHA standards
Assist with inspections, punch lists, and quality control processes
Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress tracking
Help manage material deliveries, site logistics, and jobsite organization
Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to the project team
Identify and help resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or rework

Qualifications:
1–4+ years of experience in commercial construction (ground-up experience preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and field operations
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) is a plus
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
