Assistant Recovery Superintendent
LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work-Certified company, is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Recovery Superintendent. The Assistant Recovery Superintendent supports the Recovery Superintendent in managing residential rehabilitation and reconstruction projects funded through HUD's Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program. This role assists with field operations, site inspections, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, quality control, documentation, and homeowner communication to ensure successful project execution.
The Assistant Recovery Superintendent regularly travels to residential homes to support project oversight, verify construction progress, document completed repairs, and help ensure compliance with program requirements. This position works closely with project teams, subcontractors, homeowners, and program administrators to maintain quality, schedule, budget, and safety objectives.

Physical Demands
The physical and mental demands of this position must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle materials, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and inspect construction activities in varying environments. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
