Construction Project Manager
Mid-size commercial general contractor founded in 1987. My client touches a variety of market sectors - frequently churches, banks, car washes, retirement homes, medical clinics. Projects can be up to $20M but average projects stay within the $2M-$3M range. They're looking to grow over the next 5 years and want to bring in people they can train and quickly promote.
Job Description
Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations on active construction projects. Support project execution across ground-up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects. Help coordinate subcontractors, trades, and on-site activities to maintain project schedules. Monitor jobsite progress and communicate updates to project leadership. Assist with quality control, site safety, and general project documentation. Support field problem solving and ensure work is completed according to project requirements. Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and field personnel to achieve project goals. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture. Represent the organization professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Successful Applicant
1-2+ years of experience in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, quality assurance, and site operations Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and ownership Experience delivering commercial projects Coachable and receptive to feedback A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
