Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively. Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates. Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications. Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Maintaining project schedules and driving production milestones. Enforcing site safety programs and compliance requirements. Leading weekly site meetings and progress reporting. Working closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum. Ensuring compliance with LAUSD standards, specifications, and procedures.
