The company specializes in commercial and industrial construction projects, including manufacturing facilities, distribution and logistics centers, cold storage facilities and other large-scale business developments. It is known for providing integrated design-build services that streamline both the design and construction process under a single contract.
Job Description
Assist in managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to quality and safety standards. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site. Assist in scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and equipment needs. Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to address issues and ensure project progress.

The Successful Applicant
Strong knowledge of ground up commercial construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate teams and subcontractors. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently on-site. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining project schedules and budgets. Previous experience working as a Project Engineer, with a solid foundation in construction management principles.
