Assistant Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA

The Assistant Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA will:
- Assist in the day-to-day execution of large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Support site logistics, safety compliance, and daily construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify solutions to field challenges.
- Partner with project leadership to ensure milestones, budgets, and client expectations are achieved.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and site records.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help drive quality control initiatives and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
The Assistant Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA will have:
- 4+ years of experience working for a General Contractor.
- Experience supporting projects valued at $60M+.
- Background in multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, hospitality, life science, or similar commercial construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and site coordination.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to commute to and work on project sites throughout Northern Virginia.
The Assistant Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA will receive:
- Base salary up to $130,000
