How You Will Make an Impact

• Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily site operations, crew management, and project logistics.
• Monitor job site activities to ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and material deliveries to keep daily tasks moving on schedule.
• Maintain accurate field documentation, daily logs, and safety records for site transparency.
• Resolve real-time field challenges and technical issues to prevent project delays.
• Promote a safe, productive, and respectful job site environment for all trade partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in general construction.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for managing on-site documentation and teams.
• Solid understanding of residential and commercial construction methods and field safety practices.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with project management software and other digital tools used to track projects, schedules, documentation, and communication.
• OSHA 10 Certification

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of related work experience in general construction.
• Active safety and technical certifications including OSHA, Fall Protection, or Lift Operations.
• Specialized training relevant to residential and commercial construction.
• Background in assisting project leads on ground-up commercial or multi-family residential builds.
