Description
- Assist in managing daily onsite construction activities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
- Track materials, deliveries, and site logistics
- Support inspections and project documentation
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction
- Experience with luxury custom home projects preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades onsite
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
