This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team where experienced field professionals can take on increasing responsibility and advance their careers.As an Assistant Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:Support the Superintendent with day-to-day management of active projects.Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors on-site.Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, and workmanship.Assist with daily site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination.Ensure work is being completed according to plans, specifications, and project schedules.Conduct site walks and identify potential issues before they become problems.Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and building management.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout.Take ownership of smaller projects and manage them through completion.Lead and direct trades when necessary to keep the project moving.A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:3+ years of experience in high-end residential construction preferred.Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or similar field experience.Strong knowledge of interior construction and renovation processes.Experience leading subcontractors or a field team.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.High-end residential experience is strongly preferred, but strong Foremen with transferable experience will be considered.What's on offer:Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000.Comprehensive medical coverage.Paid time off (PTO).401(k) retirement plan.Performance-based bonus structure.
