Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role will assist with daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, safety enforcement, scheduling activities, and quality control while partnering closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team.

Requirements Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of commercial construction experience with exposure to field operations, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination. Experience supporting K-12, municipal, healthcare, or similar commercial projects is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to read construction drawings, maintain quality standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.| Location | Southlake, TX |
