Job Description
- Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Monitor project progress and support schedule execution.
- Help maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform quality control inspections and document project activities.
- Track deliveries, materials, and jobsite logistics.
- Participate in subcontractor and owner meetings as needed.
- Assist with inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout.
- Review plans and specifications to support field execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Experience on K-12, municipal, healthcare, or commercial projects preferred.
- Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to grow into a lead Superintendent position.
- OSHA certification preferred.
