Assistant Superintendent

Position: Assistant Superintendent Department: Construction FLSA: Non-Exempt Location: 2240 N. Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma 73160, Tuttle, Blanchard, Norman, and various locations (indoor and outdoor) Hours:Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm General Purpose: To assist superintendent in construction activities. Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Construction Field Manager or Superintendent Supervision Exercised: None Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Present recommendations to Builder and SuperintendentComprehend the process of residential construction and use common knowledgeResponsible for the level of quality in productWalk every room of every house, every dayAttend construction meetingsMaintain landscaping, yards, and treesPerform minor touch ups and some activities on punch-listHelp maintain clean streets and guttersAbility to deliver houses in the allowed times as set forth by contractsKeep signs upright and orderlySafety sensitive positionAny other duties assigned
