The Assistant Superintendent supports daily field operations on multifamily construction projects, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules and quality standards. Description

• Support the Superintendent with daily on‑site management of multifamily projects
• Coordinate subcontractors across framing, MEP, finishes, and exterior scopes
• Assist with short‑term planning, look‑ahead schedules, and daily work plans
• Enforce site safety standards and participate in safety meetings and inspections
• Monitor quality control to ensure work meets drawings, specs, and company standards
• Track progress, assist with punch lists, and help manage unit turnovers
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and photo logs

Profile

• 2-5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Exposure to ground‑up multifamily, mixed‑use, or large residential projects
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing, building systems, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with trade partners
