Assistant SuperintendentGain hands-on mentorship on ground-up multifamily projects.Join a growing builder with strong pipeline and career progression.About Our ClientAs the Assistant Superintendent, you will support onsite field operations for ground-up multifamily projects, working closely with the Lead Superintendent and Project Management team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Assist with day-to-day site operations on mid-rise multifamily developments (typically 70-80 units) Coordinate subcontractor activities, inspections, and trade sequencing Help maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software Support enforcement of safety standards, quality control, and site compliance Participate in site meetings and assist with documentation and reporting Track punch list items and support commissioning and close-out activities Contribute to a positive, collaborative jobsite culture MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
