Job Description
Assist the Superintendent with the daily management of jobsite operations. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure work progresses according to schedule. Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Support the development and maintenance of short-term and long-term project schedules. Conduct daily jobsite walks and assist with progress tracking. Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards. Coordinate inspections and assist with jurisdictional compliance requirements. Assist in resolving field issues, conflicts, and constructability challenges. Track material deliveries and maintain site logistics plans. Participate in project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and punch list items. Support project closeout activities and final owner turnover.

The Successful Applicant
2+ years of field experience in multifamily, commercial, wood-frame, podium, or mixed-use construction. Prior experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer, or related construction role preferred. Understanding of construction sequencing and multifamily building systems. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction management software preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is a plus but not required.
