Confidential Multifamily General Contractor
Confidential multifamily general contractor with an active portfolio of projects throughout South Florida. Current work includes mid-rise affordable housing, luxury rental developments, and large-scale residential communities in Miami, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Doral, and Homestead.
Job Description
- Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
- Monitor project schedules and support milestone achievement
- Enforce jobsite safety and company standards
- Assist with quality control inspections and punch list management
- Track project progress and maintain daily reports
- Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and ownership representatives

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor
- Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
- Experience supporting projects with 100+ residential units preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software preferred
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Stable career history with reputable construction firms
