Assistant Superintendent
An established and nationally recognized real estate developer and construction organization is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily construction projects across the United States. Reporting to the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will support all day-to-day field operations, helping ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards.
- Assist with coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field activities to maintain project schedules and productivity.
- Monitor work in progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Conduct site walks and inspections, documenting progress and identifying potential issues before they impact the schedule.
- Assist with daily reports, manpower tracking, delivery coordination, and project documentation.
- Support weekly subcontractor meetings and coordinate upcoming work activities with trade partners.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Assist with project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of construction experience with exposure to multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, student housing, senior living, or large-scale residential projects.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Foreman, or equivalent field leadership role is highly desirable.
- Understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and safety practices.
- Experience working with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to develop into a Superintendent-level leadership position.
- Willingness to travel and relocate based on project assignments throughout the United States.
