Reporting to the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will support all day-to-day field operations, helping ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards.

Requirements Assist with coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field activities to maintain project schedules and productivity. Monitor work in progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Conduct site walks and inspections, documenting progress and identifying potential issues before they impact the schedule. Assist with daily reports, manpower tracking, delivery coordination, and project documentation. Support weekly subcontractor meetings and coordinate upcoming work activities with trade partners. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while promoting a strong safety culture. Assist with project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover activities.| Location | Houston, TX |
