Assist with implementation and enforcement of the company's safety program, including pre-construction meetings, pre-task planning, inspections, and daily monitoring. Promote and reinforce jobsite safety expectations with project teams and trade partners. Coordinate and distribute construction documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, bulletins, and field reports. Verify subcontractor layout and field conditions to ensure alignment with project requirements. Administer quality control processes, including inspections, deficiency tracking, and resolution management. Monitor construction progress and ensure work is performed in accordance with contract documents and quality standards. Document daily jobsite activities through reports, photographs, sketches, and project management software. Help develop and communicate daily and weekly work plans, schedules, and logistics strategies. Participate in client, owner, and project team meetings while providing construction updates. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management or a related discipline. Strong understanding of construction operations, safety practices, and project documentation. Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, clients, vendors, and project teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on multifamily, affordable housing, or large commercial construction projects. Exposure to ground-up construction projects.
