Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations on a major commercial construction project. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Monitor construction quality and enforce project standards. Support project scheduling, logistics planning, and site coordination activities. Assist with concrete and structural steel construction activities. Conduct site walks, safety inspections, and progress tracking. Coordinate with project management teams, design professionals, and trade partners. Maintain project documentation and contribute to successful project delivery.
