Job Description
- Support the Lead Superintendent in managing daily site operations
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to schedule
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company protocols
- Assist with inspections, quality control, and punch list management
- Maintain accurate daily reports and field documentation
- Communicate effectively with project team and field personnel
- Help manage deliveries, logistics, and site cleanliness
- Participate in progress meetings and contribute to problem-solving

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- 2-5 years of experience in construction field operations
- Background in multifamily or commercial projects preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
