Job Description

• Support the Senior Superintendent in the day-to-day management of a large-scale, ground-up multifamily construction project.
• Take ownership of assigned scopes and manage them independently through completion.
• Oversee field operations for key project phases including concrete, wood framing, MEP systems, drywall, finishes, and turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor project safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Track progress and proactively identify issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination meetings.
• Utilize Procore and MS Project to manage documentation, reporting, and project schedules.
• Assist in maintaining site logistics, quality control, and construction sequencing.
• Collaborate closely with project management and field leadership teams to deliver successful projects.

The Successful Applicant

• 6+ years of construction experience.
• Ground-up multifamily or hospitality construction experience required.
• Strong knowledge of concrete and wood-frame construction.
• Ability to independently manage a major project scope or phase.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and driving schedule performance.
• Familiarity with all phases of construction from sitework through project closeout.
• Experience using Procore and construction scheduling software preferred.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certifications are a plus.
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred but not required.
• Open to local candidates as well as qualified travelers interested in long-term opportunities.

• Base Salary: $115,000 - $140,000
• Project Bonus: Approximately $15,000
