Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily
The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily will:
- Assist in managing daily field operations on multifamily renovation and ground-up construction projects.
- Support project teams in coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to maintain schedule commitments.
- Help oversee quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation throughout construction.
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate challenges, schedule impact, and solutions to project leadership.
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project information, documentation, drawings, and field coordination.
- Work on a 93-unit mill conversion renovation that will deliver 45 residential units.
- Support the upcoming 32-unit apartment building project in downtown Hanover, scheduled to begin in February 2027.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, clients, and trade partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and productive jobsite environment.
- Support the delivery of projects that meet client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget.

A successful Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily should have:
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects in a field leadership capacity.
- Ability to commute to project sites in the Lebanon/Hanover, NH area.
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, site safety, and quality control practices.
- Multifamily construction experience preferred.
- Experienced supporting both renovation and ground-up construction projects preferred.
- Reside within New Hampshire or Vermont preferred.
