Job Description
- Assist in overseeing daily on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work and addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Support the Superintendent in scheduling, planning, and managing project timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and implement solutions efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to all local building codes and company standards.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience in construction, particularly in the property sector.
