Known for its commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, the company provides employees with the resources, mentorship, and career opportunities needed to thrive in the construction industry.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAssist the Superintendent in managing daily jobsite operations.The Assistant Superintendent will coordinate and oversee Building and Construction subcontractor activities to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays.Support site logistics, planning, and material deliveries.Conduct daily site walks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.Maintain accurate jobsite records, reports, and documentation.Participate in subcontractor meetings and project coordination sessions.Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.Foster a positive and productive jobsite culture.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
