Job Description
Help oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up hospitality and multifamily projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities. Drive project progress and proactively resolve construction challenges. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and trade partners to achieve milestones. Maintain project documentation, forecasting, and reporting throughout construction.

The Successful Applicant
3-5+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up construction. Ground-up wood-frame multifamily or hospitality project experience. Proven ability to manage projects with limited supervision. Strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest on project assignments.
