- Projects: Hospitality is their largest market, with $735M+ completed and a $150M hospitality/multifamily pipeline, but they also build healthcare, industrial, retail, assisted living, churches, and specialty commercial projects.
- Role: Traveling Assistant Superintendent working alongside experienced Supers, with a clear path to take on more responsibility and grow from within.
- Travel: Projects throughout Ohio and the Midwest, including Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Chicago, Indianapolis, Louisville, Cleveland, and surrounding markets.

Description
- Help oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up hospitality and multifamily projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities
- Drive project progress and proactively resolve construction challenges
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and trade partners to achieve milestones
- Maintain project documentation, forecasting, and reporting throughout construction
Profile
- 3-5+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up construction
- Ground-up wood-frame multifamily or hospitality project experience
- Proven ability to manage projects with limited supervision
- Strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest on project assignments
