We are representing a National Powerhouse in Industrial Development and Construction<\/b> currently executing a massive expansion into the Data Center sector. With a portfolio exceeding 90 million sq. ft., our client is the General Contractor<\/b> on a flagship Hyperscale campus in Windsor, CO.

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent<\/b> who thrives in high -velocity environments. This is not a "seat in the trailer" role; we need a proactive leader to manage field operations for a 127MW Phase 1 build<\/b>, followed by an 18 -month 90MW Phase 2<\/b>. This firm is known for over -staffing its projects to allow its leaders the time to mentor staff and prepare for the 30+ upcoming hyperscale sites in the pipeline.

Field Leadership:<\/b> Direct all on -site construction activities, managing a diverse array of subcontractors and trade partners to ensure Phase 1 reaches its 2026 completion.

Schedule Ownership:<\/b> Drive the daily "look -ahead" schedules, identifying critical path bottlenecks and coordinating trade sequencing to maintain maximum site productivity.
<\/p><\/li>
Tech -Native Supervision:<\/b> Leverage Procore<\/b> and 3D Rendering/BIM<\/b> on -site to verify installations, resolve design clashes in the field, and maintain accurate daily logs.
<\/p><\/li>
Safety & Quality:<\/b> Enforce a zero -compromise safety culture and high -spec quality standards typical of Tier III/IV mission -critical environments.

Team Mentorship:<\/b> Lead and develop an "over -staffed" field team, acting as a mentor to Assistant Supers and Field Engineers to build a leadership pipeline for future national projects.

Experience:<\/b> Proven track record as a Superintendent on Data Center, Mission -Critical, or Heavy Industrial<\/b> projects.

Modern Toolset:<\/b> You must be highly proficient with Procore<\/b> and comfortable using 3D models<\/b> in the field. We prioritize leaders who embrace technology to stay ahead of weekly industry shifts.
