Assistant Supervisor, Carpentry Operations

Responsibilities will be providing assistance in planning, organizing, supervising, and providing direction in relation to prioritization and assignment of work orders for the Carpentry, Paint and Lock Shop. Direct employees including inspection of completed work.

Ordering of materials required for work completion,

Maintain appropriate controls in budgeting, particularly in the form of overtime

Must demonstrate an ability to administer multiple tasks and projects and continue to meet deadlines

This position is considered essential and must be able to respond to campus emergencies at any time. Normal work schedule is Monday-Friday 6:30AM-2:30PM. Candidates must be able to physically walk campus and up stairs and use ladders as a normal part of their duties.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $86,000 to $107,500; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
