3 R's Preschool in Brooklyn Park is a licensed childcare center seeking a Full-time Assistant Teacher for our Preschool age classroom!

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma/GED and 2+ years of childcare experience working in a licensed facility.

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm

Compensation: $16-$18/hour, based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in all aspects of the classroom. 
• Establish professional and supportive relationships with parents and employees connected to the operation of the center.
• Provide classroom support on a daily basis, covering breaks and call-offs to maintain ratio.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking,running and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
