The Goddard School in Lake Orion is looking for a passionate teacher's assistant who wants to positively impact children's lives. What We Offer
· Salary range: $14-$15/hour
· Paid holidays after 6 months
· School is closed between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
· PLUS 7 paid time off (PTO) days per year after one year

Our early childhood assistant teachers are responsible for helping to coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes. To assist teachers to plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment and work directly with lead teachers, children, and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Meets background check eligibility
· CPR/First Aid Certified
· Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety, and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles
· Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
· Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures
· Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in teams
