At KinderKids, we believe early childhood education is important work. Our teachers help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive every single day.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Supervise and engage children through play, learning, and routines
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Assist with meals, bathroom routines, playground time, and classroom transitions
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment for every child
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have at least a GED or high school diploma
- Must be available to work full-time hours between 6:30 AM and 5:45 PM
- Must have a strong work ethic and be dependable
- Must be an enthusiastic team player
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to see and hear children at all times
- Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, lift, and move actively throughout the day, including for extended periods of time
