Join KINDERNEST MONTESSORI SCHOOL  as an Assistant Teacher( Full time/Part time). We are seeking warm, caring guides to join our supportive school community as assistant teachers. We are looking for educators who have a passion for working with young children and are eager to guide them through independence, exploration, and meaningful learning.



Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care in a warm and professional manner
• Willingness to learn about and implement Montessori philosophy
• Support lead teachers in educational goals, parent communication, and material design
• Communicate clearly and effectively with parents and colleagues

Requirements:

• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification, or in process, is strongly preferred. We will support the right candidate in obtaining certification
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and families.
• Understanding of Montessori principles and teaching methods is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for nurturing children's development.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
