Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Supervise and engage children in a safe, fun, and stimulating environment.
• Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
• Help with daily classroom management and routine tasks.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
• Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor towards children.
