About the Role:
Kiddie Academy Murphy is looking for a passionate and nurturing Assistant Teacher to join our team in Murphy, TX! Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing classroom environment
• Assist with daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space
• Communicate positively and professionally with parents and guardians
• Follow all childcare licensing regulations and academy safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework preferred
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or classroom setting
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for children
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must meet state licensing requirements, including background check
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
